International shipping and handling charges :
For
those wishing The Old Town Card Shop to ship a greeting card order to another country
(outside USA), or Alaska and Hawaii, shipping charges will be 20 percent of your
subtotal (on shopping cart checkout), plus the applicable charge listed in the
chart above. If you do not want to use
regular postal mail for international shipping, please call us at (505) 247-9634 prior to
ordering.
International shipping and handling fee example:
If your shopping cart has $100 USD worth of
cards in it, the charge is $20 USD (20 percent of $100), plus $9.00 USD (using the chart
above). For a total shipping and handling of $29.00 on a $100 purchase being
shipped Internationally.
I apologize that the International Shipping information above is confusing!
Our shopping cart is not made to easily handle International orders, and we have
calculated our charges using the average cost to regular postal mail a package
Internationally. If you do not want to use regular postal mail for international
shipping, please call us prior to ordering. If you have any further questions,
